Wayne Dalton Garage Door Options and Features
Door Sizes
Wayne Dalton garage doors are available in a wide range of sizes, from 6’ x 7’ to 18’ x 9’, depending on the specific series and door style. Find all available sizes at:

Insulation
Wayne Dalton uses both polyurethane and polystyrene to insulate their garage doors. The polyurethane insulation uses a foamed-in-place process meaning the foam is piped into the door after basic construction. Polyurethane provides the highest R-values, adds strength, and rigidity to the door panels.
Polystyrene insulation is used in rigid sheets that are inserted into the door cavities during construction.
Torque Master™ Plus
TorqueMaster™ Plus is Wayne Dalton’s exclusive counterbalance system that safely contains the springs inside a steel tube. Containing the springs keeps them clean and helps them last longer. The system also includes an anti-drop safety device that prevents the door from falling if a spring should break.
TruChoice™ Color System
This is Wayne Daltons custom paint option, available on most of their steel garage doors. TruChoice™ offers over 6,000 colors applied in a multi-step process that bakes the color onto the door for a high-quality factory finish. TruChoice™ can match almost any color, including RAL colors and colors from most major paint manufacturers.
